OverviewCOMPASS is a translational research project focused on the systematic collection, integration, and analysis of clinical, pathological, molecular, and multi-omics data from patient-derived sarcoma samples. The project links pseudonymized patient-level information with biospecimen metadata and downstream assay data, including histopathology, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, molecular diagnostics, and computational analyses.
